Rooms can be converted into different living areas, depending on the families needs.
One recent house conversion job in Chester involved turning a swimming pool into a lounge area for the family to make better use of.
Our photos below tell the story of this major room extension in Chester.
We also carried out external works which involved building a set stairs leading up to the new lounge.

Laying artificial grass in your garden is a great way to have an instant well-groomed garden and is becoming increasingly popular with our customers.
Choosing a professional for the job makes sure the job is done properly and thoroughly.
One of our recent jobs was to lay artificial turf in Cheshire in a large back garden.
First we prepared the area which involved stripping the existing grass and then putting limestone down to create a suitable base.
Then we put a membrane down before laying the artificial grass.
Next we prepared the perimeter of the grassed area by laying edging to make it suitable for the grass to be stuck down.
It was finished off by spreading silica sand over the grassed area, which is mechanically brushed to bring the pile up leaving it with the desired effect of freshly cut grass.
Our customer was extremely happy and the results speak for themselves.

One of our client’s wanted a new kitchen extension to include a dining area in Leftwich, Cheshire.
We demolished the original small extension that was in place to add a new kitchen/diner extension which was double the size of the original.
The garage at the side of the house was also knocked down and we replaced it with an office and downstairs cloakroom.
Our customer now has plenty of extra living space in her new kitchen extension and is delighted with the results.

Fireplaces are the centre of the home and this particular Cheshire brick fireplace attracted extra attention from the television programme ‘Seeking Salvage’.
The TV programme was interested in this fireplace project as we salvaged the oak beam which runs across the top of the fireplace from a reclamation yard.
The old oak beam gives the fireplace an authentic feel to the rest of the house.
